Questions for me:
1.Meaning behind your URL- It’s from the quote “If at first you don’t succeed, redefine success.” Which I love. And where do you think ‘96 is from?! Year of birth, of course ;)
2.Favourite quote- Oh gosh, I have so many! A lot of them are lyrics though, so I’ll try and think of a different one… I think it goes without saying the one that’s in my url. I quite like… Hmm, “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid” ~Albert Einstein
3.Do you like your music loud or at a reasonable level?- LOUD. Granted, you’re not always in the mood for it. But more often than not loud.
4.The reason you joined tumblr- Two of my best friends, Zara and Cath, already had it so I joined. I discovered that two of my other friends, Lily and Laura, had it too. The story of how some of my friends joined is the same as mine- except I nagged them into it! ;)
5.Favourite colour- Forget-me-not blue. I realise that that is very specific! It’s been my favourite colour for ages but I only just figured out what to refer to it as.
6.What are you listening to right now?- I have just listened through all of my albums by The Killers. It took about three hours. I am satisfied and my Killers thirst has been quenched.
7. 3 things you love- Private and in jokes with my friends that nobody else understands but it’s ok because everyone knows we’re crazy anyway. Nostalgia; although we have a love-hate relationship I could not live without it. When you’re sitting and staring at a maths problem or trying to remember a word you’re searching for and you suddenly remember and you’re really impressed with yourself.
8. 3 fears- SPIDERS are my all-time least favourite things in the world and they scare me just like ew. I’m scared that people will forget me or decide thay don’t need me anymore and I need to be needed; I’m just one of those people who wishes they didn’t care what people thought of them but genuinely does (just change, really). I’m scared that one day I will grow tired of Tumblr and fandoms and I don’t want to ever forget how much I love them
9.What’s your best friend like?- She’s gorgeous and reminds me of Meg from Hercules. She has long brown hair and multi-coloured eyes (Like Benedict Cumberbatch). She makes me laugh and is an absolute bitch and is obsessed with Game of Thrones. She’s is one of my favourite people in the whole entire world and we have been best friends for 14 years now. Oh and her conditioner smells yummy yum yum.
10.Last book you read- Well the last book I read was what I was rereading last night which was Bloody Scotland (The Horrible Histories one) by Terry Deary. The last book I finished was My Sister Lives on the Mantelpiece by Annabel Pitcher. I read it for the Carnegie Children’s Book Award and it wasn’t too bad, but I’ve read better children’s books.
11.A story that makes you smile- Stories… Can I say memories? It’s just I’m about to leave high school so the things that make me smile now are memories of the people who I’m going to be leaving soon. Oh, I cry too, but mainly just because I don’t want leave them behind…
